I CORPS Map 26 March – 6 April 1966 - Operation JACKSTAY.   Rung Sat Special Zone (IV Corps) 27 April - 4 May 1966 – Operation OSAGE.  Phu Loc – Bach Ma (I Corps) May - June 1966 – Established Hill 54 Combat Base. 16 June 1966 –  Operation SPARROW HAWK: The Rescue of Sgt. Jimmie Howard’s Recon Patrol.  25 miles due west of Chu Lai, Hill 488.  6 – 15 August 1966 – Operation COLORADO.  Hiep Duc – Song Ly Ly Valley. 21 April – 17 May 1967 – Operation UNION I.  Que Son Valley, Hill 110 (4 kilometers due north of Que Son). 17 May 1967 – Established Hill 51 Combat Base.  One kilometer west of Que Son City, Quang Tin Province. 26 May – 5 June 1967 – Operation UNION II.  Que Son Valley; Vinh Huy Village, 8 kilometers east southeast of Que Son. 4 – 15 September 1967 – Operation SWIFT.  Que Son Valley; Dong Son (1) and Chau Lam (4) – 8 kilometers east of Que Son. 1
